Ardtaraig have been supplying the finest Scottish Smoked Salmon for over 20 years (Wild, Organic and Farmed). From the Salmon raised in the cold clear waters of Scotland, only the best are selected for smoking. Sourced from specially chosen farms to ensure traceability and quality. All feed is GM free. A mixture of sea salt + demerara sugar is applied to cure the fillets prior to smoking. The soft pellicle remains on the product to give it a more characteristic smokey flavour. Smoked over smouldering oak and beech wood chippings in a temperature and humidity controlled kiln for 7 - 9 hours.
