Whether you've never taken to downhill skiing, or are just looking for a new challenge, our Winter Activities holidays will inspire you to search for a different snow holiday, and to leave those over-developed alpine resorts behind.
Our holidays appeal to all tastes; from easy valley-based snowshoe walks right through to those activities that require technical competence, such as Telemark skiing. We are also pioneers in Multi Activity holidays, where you try out a new sport each day, with full instruction.
Accommodation - Where you stay is a crucial part of a snow holiday, and we have gone to great lengths to find accommodation that provides the right balance between comfort, character, convenience and value. Generally, we choose 3-star family-run hotels where rooms have private facilities, with excellent home cooking and a cosy atmosphere for warm evenings by the fire. Very occasionally we use more basic accommodation, e.g. wilderness cabins in Scandinavia or mountain huts in the Pyrenees, but our aim is to keep you as comfortable and as cosy as possible after your day in the snow.
