The Dementia Guide is Alzheimer’s Society’s main handbook for people who have recently been diagnosed with dementia, and for the family and friends supporting them, covering treatments, day-to-day living, legal and money matters and where to get help.

Printed copies are posted out free of charge to addresses in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and the charity will supply multiple copies for groups and services on request.

Fill in the order form on the Alzheimer’s Society website or call their publications line. The guide is also available as a free download, audio recording, CD, Braille and in a number of languages.
