Developed jointly by the British Heart Foundation, the NHS, UCL and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities, the free Heart Age calculator estimates the biological age of your heart based on factors like height, weight, blood pressure and cholesterol.

Anyone aged 30 or over can use the tool at no cost – entering just your height and weight gives a basic estimate, while adding blood pressure, cholesterol and family history sharpens the accuracy.
