The Just Can’t Wait card, from Bladder & Bowel UK, is an easy way to show staff that you have a medical condition and need a toilet urgently. Cafés, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues that support the scheme may let you use toilets that are not normally open to the public.
To claim, fill in a few details on the Bladder & Bowel UK website and follow the steps to download the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. It downloads straight away.
The digital card is free. A plastic wallet card is also available, but it costs £3.95 and is for UK residents only. Venues do not have to accept the card, so it does not guarantee access.
