Canal & River Explorers is the Canal & River Trust’s learning programme for 5-12 year olds, built around water safety and the wildlife and history of the waterways.
Schools can book free walks, talks, visits and workshops either by the canal or in school, and Scouting and Guiding groups can claim free challenge badges, booklets, activity ideas and fundraising packs.
Families can also use the free outdoor activity ideas and water safety resources on the site, then book a visit online for a group session at no cost.
