Code Club is a worldwide network of free coding clubs for young people, and the site is explicit that clubs are free and open to all school-aged children.

Children learn Scratch, Python, web development and more through hundreds of free step-by-step projects, from complete beginner to confident coder, and the same projects are free to use at home without joining a club.
