The JAM Card was created by NOW Group, a Belfast social enterprise. It is used by people with a learning disability, autism, ADHD or another invisible condition to let staff know they need a little extra time and understanding.
How to claim: download the JAM Card app free from the Apple App Store or Google Play, pick a message that suits you, and show it with one tap when you need it.
Conditions: the app is free. Physical JAM cards are sold through the JAM Card shop and are not part of this freebie.
