Mind publishes printed A5 booklets on subjects including depression, anxiety, sleep, self-esteem, mindfulness and mental health at work, all also readable free online.

Mind’s own shop FAQ confirms individuals can use the discount code shown on a product page to order one free copy of any printed information resource, and that Mind can supply individuals with up to three printed resources free of charge if you call their orders line.

Postage and packing is free on all Mind publications orders, and the charity aims to deliver booklet orders within five working days.
