It is open to anyone in the UK and the app itself is free to download. Thousands of participating cafes, bars, shops, offices and public fountains will top up your reusable bottle for nothing, with no obligation to buy anything while you are there.

Download Refill Return free from the App Store or Google Play, allow location access and use the map to find your nearest refill point. The same map also flags places offering discounts for bringing your own cup or container for coffee and lunch.
