Regis Salons offers free consultations. The 15-minute style consultation covers cuts, styles and image changes, and the 15-minute colour consultation covers colour options and includes a skin test. At 11 selected salons there is also a free scalp and hair health consultation using KSCAN AI scalp analysis.

To claim, go to the Regis free consultations page, choose the type of consultation and book at your nearest salon. The stylist talks about your hair goals, examines your hair and scalp, and draws up a plan with costs.

Regis says all consultations are completely free, and you do not have to book a paid service afterwards. Wig-fitting consultations are separate and usually cost £25.
