The Royal Horticultural Society runs an annual Seed Scheme that lets members request free packets of seeds, collected from the famous RHS gardens.
Members choose from a rotating selection of flowers, vegetables and unusual plants, with seeds posted out to grow at home – a wonderful way to try something new in the garden.
