The Senedd on Cardiff Bay waterfront is the home of the Welsh Parliament – a Richard Rogers building with a public Neuadd, a viewing gallery over the debating chamber and the neighbouring Victorian Pierhead building.

The Senedd’s own visit page says “It’s open to everyone and free to visit”, and invites you to “take a free guided tour or attend a talk to learn how the Welsh Parliament works”. Nothing is charged for entry or for the tour.

Opening hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:30 and Saturday and bank holidays 10:30 to 16:30, with last entry at 16:00. You can walk in to the public areas; guided tours should be arranged in advance through their site.
