The Sky Garden sits on the top three floors of 20 Fenchurch Street – the “Walkie Talkie” – with landscaped planting, open-air terraces and floor-to-ceiling views across the Thames and the City of London.

Entry is free, but unlike a walk-in museum you do need to reserve a slot: the venue’s own site runs a “Get a free ticket” booking system, and free tickets are released in advance and go quickly. There is no charge attached to the ticket and no purchase required once you are inside.

Book ahead through the official Sky Garden site rather than a reseller. Capacity can be temporarily reduced for lift and maintenance work, so check the notices on the booking page before you set a date.
