About the Boutique

The Founders

The boutique was founded by Chris Free and Penelope Free. Chris Free co-founded the London Brit Pop boutique Delta of Venus (1994–2001), whose clientele included Justin Fisherman, Kula Shaker, Noel Gallagher, Jarvis Cocker, Boy George, Adam Ant and Sadie Frost. Chris also founded the trend-setting Total Pop T-Shirt label Cinema X, worn by Cat Deeley, Denise Van Outen, Sarah Cox, All Saints and The Prodigy. Penelope Free worked as a fashion illustrator for magazines such as Vogue and Elle, with clients including Harrods, WHSmith, Boots No7, Elizabeth Arden New York, Saatchi & Saatchi, Rimmel and the Hilton Hotel Group.
